New Beginnings in West Kensington

We’ve recently helped @popin.london complete the sale of their West Ken café, a move that forms part of the brand’s wider strategy as they continue to focus on growing their core deli, grocery and neighbourhood retail model.

Having successfully established stores in Pimlico and Northcote Road, Popin has built a loyal customer following around great coffee, sandwiches and carefully curated grocery offerings. This sale allows the team to concentrate their time, investment and energy on expanding that proven format further.

We’re also delighted that the site is staying in good hands. Ted Cole will be taking over the space as Cole’s Cafe, continuing the successful brunch offering and building on the strong foundations and community that Popin created, while bringing his own ideas and a new dimension to the business, particularly in the evenings.

It’s always rewarding when a transaction helps both parties move forward with their long-term goals. Popin can focus on the next stage of their growth, while Ted takes on a thriving neighbourhood café with exciting plans for the future.

We wish both Archie and the Popin team, and Ted and his team, every success in their next chapter.
